We endeavour to make this website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend or restrict access temporarily or permanently for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason without notice.

This website may contain links to other websites. Without limiting anything stated elsewhere, we make no representations or warranties about those sites or their content, nor do we guarantee that any links will work or remain accurate.

5. Products and Pricing
All products listed are subject to availability for delivery within South Africa only.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update product information and pricing at any time without prior notice.
Products depicted as images on the website may vary in colour from computer display to computer display due to differences in display technology and how colours may be represented. Every effort has been made to ensure that all products on the site are accurately represented, and in some cases, images are based on supplier or manufacturer-provided materials.
Where an error has been inadvertently made regarding a product, price, colour, or any other relevant content, Bakers Warehouse is not obliged to provide the client with the affected product. However, we will make every effort to contact the client to alert them of the error. In such cases, the client will be entitled to cancel the order and receive an in-store credit for the full amount paid.
Occasionally, the site will offer special promotions that may be subject to availability over a specific period and certain conditions. Please be advised that the specific conditions related to any such promotion will prevail over the standard policies defined herein.
6. Orders and Cancellations
All orders placed via the website will be considered as an offer to purchase the ordered product and will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email will be sent to the client’s provided email address with the details of the ordered products, including an order reference number used for tracking purposes.
Acceptance and confirmation of delivery will only be completed once full payment has been confirmed through the payment process outlined herein.
Cancellation of an order can only be effected by contacting our customer service centre before midnight on the day the order was placed.
Orders cancelled after midnight on the day of placement will incur the applicable delivery service charge, and an in-store credit will be issued for the value of the cancelled product.
If a payment is cancelled for any reason, or the payment method is terminated or deemed invalid, the client remains liable to pay the full purchase price and any recovery costs incurred by Bakers Warehouse.
Without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies, Bakers Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any sale and/or the client’s account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
7. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products shall pass to the client upon acceptance of the products by the client or the client’s authorised representative at the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will remain with Bakers Warehouse (Akamai SA) until full payment has been received and cleared.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s integrated payment gateways.
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, EFT, and others as listed during checkout.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Akamai SA and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Akamai SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
