  • Queen Cupcake Mix -1kg
  • Eggs - 6 XL 
  • Water - 400g
  • Oil - 150g
Total Batter Weight: 1.850

Method

  • Place all ingredients into mixing bowl.
  • Blend on slow speed to disperse powders. Scrape down.
  • Mix using flat beater for 6 minutes on medium speed.
  • Scale as desired into greased or papered muffin tins.
  • Bake at ±180ºC for ±30 minutes or until baked..
